The Adrenal Fatigue
If you’re always feeling weak and tired, it might be your “stress hormone” acting up. This stress is your body’s reaction to any change in your body’s equilibrium or your status quo (like the pandemic!) And since there’s a lot of factors around us (such as our kids making a mess or challenging tasks at work) that CONSTANTLY trigger those hormones, we may feel tired, hurt, nervous, or weak all. the. time. This is called adrenal fatigue.
Adrenal fatigue is our signal that we need to take a break/rest. Similarly, it’s like the red warning in our phones that tells us it is running out of battery charge. And you might be doing so many things today that causes you to ignore your adrenal fatigue. As a result, your stress hormones are always elevated— making you feel constantly weak and tired!
