Self Care isn’t a list of things you can do, it’s all about your state of mind.
You can check off the things on this list like you do with your to do list and never reap the benefits of them. Or you could simply practice a few mindset shift practices and literally change your life. I’m not joking.
Believe that time, energy, and rest are abundant to you….and you WILL cultivate that in your life.
Not all of these are activities without the kids, because let’s face it, solo time isn’t always possible. But self-care is ALWAYS essential.
Creating space to take care of yourself with the kids in tow is possible.
