    I’ve been learning from Renae about how to work with your cycle for some time. Finding this out in my 40s means trying to reset some strong neural pathways about my cycle and how I go about juggling lots of demands. This podcast was helpful in reinforcing that our cycle acts as a reminder of our needs throughout the month. And that working with it can ultimately heighten your sense of your own meaning/ contribution/ impact in the world, as you are meeting all your core needs!
