The Questions You Need to Be Asking During Uncertain or Challenging Times (Solo episode) -62
Facing Uncertainties
I created this episode because I feel like we are in need of hearing words of hope in the midst of our anxieties during this pandemic (and to maximize the time I have while we are at home).
Facing uncertainties is probably one of the biggest hurdles in life. It’s just so scary not knowing what’s ahead of you, or what’s the best thing to do in a particular situation. And as moms, we are often faced with challenges that leave us anxious and fearful. And then we break down from all the overwhelming chaos.
If you have been following me for long, you would know that I’m a big advocate of having an abundance mindset. I believe in turning challenges into opportunities. It’s the type of questions you ask yourself that are going to make or break your journey ahead. (See also how to uncover joy in motherhood).
Since we only have one shot at life, what are you going to make of it?
Other life changing stuff you will learn in this episode…
- How to train your mind to have an abundant mindset
- Surrounding yourself with the right people
- The type of questions you need to ask yourself
- Why you need to see challenges in the lens of curiosity
- The best place to find support
- How you can connect with other amazing moms to motivate and support you
During these times, everyone’s looking for that space where they can see hope in the challenges. So I invite everyone to be a part of the Rising Moms Club, where us moms find ourselves in a community that stands beside us, champions us, reframes our thoughts, and helps us focus on the possibilities. We get reminded of the abundance we have in this life!
“The people around you heavily influence your outlook in life.”
There’s no expectations. There are many resources in the club where you can learn how to ease your life. You can learn to declutter your home, find your rhythm and flow… But what matters most is having that community that will have your back. That will help you navigate in the hard times.
I want you to have that sense of hope and sense of joy right now!
