It’s pumpkin spice everything season! Literally! Everywhere. Everything is pumpkin spice. It’s iconic for fall. I love me some pumpkin spice latte and spicy oils diffusing. Love it!
What better way to have quick out the door than having a grab-n-go overnight oats with the flavor of the season to cap it off!? As a mom, this is an essential breakfast for me!
Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats Recipe
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup oats (not instant oats)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbs pure maple syrup
Put it all in jar, stir together, refrigerate overnight and it’s ready to go for you in the morning! Have you tried any other pumpkin spice recipes that you love?
