Why I Quit My Podcast
A year ago, I hit pause on the podcast. At the time, it felt necessary… life was full, and I wasn’t sure I wanted to keep producing content just for the sake of it. I needed a break. But deep down, I knew I wasn’t done.
Over the past year, so much has shifted. My business, my perspectives, even my own internal rhythms. And with that, I started feeling this pull to return to the podcast space. But this time, it’s going to look a little different.
Deeper Conversations, No More Fluff
I don’t want to just create content that checks a box. I want this podcast to be a space for real, meaningful conversations—conversations that challenge us, expand us, and maybe even make us a little uncomfortable at times.
I want to have the conversations that are challenging the status quo and that we NEED to be having around women in business, the patriarchy, femininity vs masculinity, women’s health, and so many other beautiful topics that need us to talk about.

No Set Schedule—Just Inspired, Impactful Episodes
One big change? I’m letting go of the pressure to release episodes on a rigid schedule. Instead, I’m committed to sharing when I feel called to or when I have something truly worth saying. I want every episode to feel intentional, not forced.
So, if you’re here for quick, surface-level business hacks… this might not be your space. But if you’re open to exploring deeper truths, to challenging the way we’ve been conditioned to work and lead, and to embracing a more aligned, cyclical, and intentional way of showing up in the world—then I’d love for you to join me.
