21 Must Try Zoodle (aka Zucchini Noodle) Recipes

The Zoodle Noodle Craze

Zoodles are all the rage right now.  And I’m all about it! I definitely love my wheaty carbs BUT overall, veggies are my friend. And the more veggies I get, the better I feel, the more weight I lose, and things in the GI tract run best (if you know what I mean!). I’ve recently started a mentorship program for women who want to find a sustainable way to lose weight and gain control over their body shame, emotional eating, and yo-yo dieting. As a big part of that, we’re finding ways to make veggies a big part of our diets and zucchinis, zoodles, zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash and the like are a key way to add some veggies where we otherwise would have filled up on high calorie noodle carbohydrates.

But let’s be real….we want flavor! Veggies can be De-lish! So you can bet I’m going to be trying out the zucchini noodle (zoodles) recipes and my spiralizer is going to be getting lots of action! And, I will tell ya they can be family friendly too.  Zoodle spaghetti is one of my 2 year old’s favorite dinners!
