The house, for heaven sakes, is cleaner!
When the kids start fighting, you rock that inner peace and patience and held your cool (Mom Win!)
There may be chaos all around you (when isn't there?) but you feel sane inside.

Nearly two years ago, I was an exhausted postpartum mama with 3 kids under the age of 5. I was working part time, shuffling around my husband who was on driving restrictions from seizures caused from a brain tumor, and still trying to keep up with the day to day of life. I literally was exhausted! My house was a mess, my kids were a mess...
and let's be real....I was a mess.
I knew something had to change.
And it did.
